Refund policy: balance and inventory actions

VP is bought with a deposit. VP is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or converted into real-world currency. All transactions are final. No refunds or chargebacks are permitted after VP is delivered. There is no refund of the deposited balance.

These rules are set out in section V of the Terms of Service, in article 6 of the Distance Sales Agreement and in Deposit Awareness: Terms of Service, Deposit Awareness.

Which actions cannot be undone?

• Deposit: Once the balance is credited to your account, it is not refunded.
• Balance: Balance cannot be withdrawn as a VP code and cannot be converted into real currency.
• Inventory actions: Selling, trading and withdrawing cannot be undone. The trade screen says that this action cannot be reversed. If you sold an item and added it to your balance, you can no longer withdraw that item as a VP code.
• VP code withdrawal: The withdraw confirmation screen says that your items will be deleted and that the action is not refundable.
• Misclicks: The Terms of Service say Valodrop is not responsible for misclicks or unintended purchases.

A payment problem is not a refund

If your payment left your account but your balance was not credited, that is a payment problem, not a refund request. For the steps, read I made a deposit but my balance did not arrive.
