What are Daily Cases?

Daily Cases are free cases that unlock as your level rises. Unlike normal cases, you open them without spending balance. The page is at valodrop.com/promos/daily-case.

Which Daily Cases are there?

The page lists one daily case each for levels 7, 20, 50, 80 and 115. The higher your level, the better the rewards of the cases you unlock. The rewards of the cases may change over time.

How do I open a Daily Case?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Daily Cases page.
  3. Choose a case that is unlocked and open it.

The page shows the status of every case:

  • “Locked”: The case is locked, your level is not high enough yet.
  • “Ready Now”: You can open the case now.
  • “Cooldown”: You opened the case recently, so it cannot be opened again until the waiting time is over.

How often can I open a Daily Case?

Each daily case can be opened once every 24 hours.

How do I raise my level?

Your level rises with XP. Every 1 VP you spend on opening cases on the site earns you 1 XP. You can see your XP and level on your profile page. For details, read What is XP and How it works.

My Daily Case does not open

  • If you see “Locked”, your level is not high enough for that case.
  • If you see “Cooldown”, the waiting time is not over yet.
  • If it is neither, refresh the page and try again. If the problem continues, write to the team using the options in Support and contact.

The items I get

Items from Daily Cases go to your inventory. Some special items may show an “Unsellable” or “Unwithdrawable” label in the inventory; an item with that label cannot be sold or withdrawn as a VP code. For the inventory, read What is the New Inventory System?.
