What is Promocode

Promocodes are codes created by the site administrators that give members free VP balance.

How do I use a promo code?

  1. Click the + button at the top right.
  2. Press the “Redeem” button at the top of the window that opens.
  3. Enter the promo code in the window that opens and confirm.

If the code is valid, the VP is added to your balance.

Each promocode gives as much VP as the administrator set, and this amount may vary from code to code. Promocodes do not expire over time; however, each code can only be used by a limited number of people. When a code reaches this usage limit, it becomes unusable.

The code did not work, no balance arrived

When a code is not accepted, the site shows a message. Here is what the messages mean:

  • “Promo code not found.”: There is no such code. Enter the code again exactly as written, without typing mistakes.
  • “This promo code have already been used.” and “This promo code is expired or has already been used.”: The code may have been used up. Because promocodes do not expire over time, this message mostly means that the code reached its usage limit; codes that reached their limit no longer work.
  • “This promo code is disabled.”: The code is switched off right now.

If the message does not explain the problem, or a code that should be valid does not work, write to the team using the options in Support and contact and include the code exactly as you typed it.

Where do I find promo codes?

Most promocodes are shared on Valodrop’s WhatsApp channel. You can reach the WhatsApp channel from the top of the chat on the site:

  1. Open the chat section on the site.
  2. Click the WhatsApp channel link at the top of the chat.
  3. Join the channel in WhatsApp and follow new code announcements there.

Promocodes can also be shared on Valodrop’s other social media channels or by its advertisers. The links to Discord, Instagram and the WhatsApp channel are at the bottom of the site. If a code has reached its limit, you can use a new code when one is announced; which code gives how much VP, and when, changes from announcement to announcement.
