Valodrop is committed to respecting intellectual property and copyright. This policy explains how Valorant visuals are used on the platform and how requests from rights holders are handled.

1. Scope of Use

1.1. Valodrop is an independent platform and is not affiliated with Riot Games. Valorant and all related trademarks, visuals and materials are the property of Riot Games.

1.2. These visuals are used on the platform in good faith, for illustrative and informational purposes only.

2. Requests from Rights Holders

2.1. If a rights holder has a request or concern about how we use a visual, we kindly ask them to send it in writing to [email protected].

2.2. To allow a quick assessment, it is enough for the notice to include:

• The identity of the person sending it and of the rights holder they represent,
• A clear description of the visuals or pages to be removed,
• The basis for the request.

2.3. Every request is reviewed with care and answered as soon as possible.

3. Principle of Equal and Consistent Application

3.1. Valodrop treats requests from rights holders constructively and is ready to take the steps required.

3.2. Because other similar platforms, community sites and content creators use comparable visuals, we expect a request to be applied to all comparable uses under the same standard and the same timeline. A measure aimed at a single platform alone would not be consistent with the principle of equal treatment.

3.3. Once it is confirmed that the request is being applied equally to all comparable platforms, the visuals concerned are removed from the platform within a reasonable time.
